ESG is produced through thermal tempering: heating to 620 °C, followed by rapid cooling. Upon breakage, ESG disintegrates into blunt-edged fragments — reducing injury risk.
Applications: shower enclosures, frameless glass railings, roof and facade glazing. With interlayer: VSG.
